SMS Terms & Conditions

The CMT Platform Payment Notifications program (the “Program”) is operated by CMT Platform (“CMT Platform,” “we,” “us”). The Program sends transactional text messages related to your account and invoices, including payment confirmations, receipts, payment-link delivery, and invoice reminders.

Program messages are transactional and informational. They relate to invoices, payments, and accounts you hold with us. We do not send marketing or promotional content through this Program.

You enroll in the Program by checking the SMS opt-in box on our online payment page (or another CMT Platform form that presents these terms) and providing your mobile number. Checking the box constitutes your prior express consent to receive autodialed transactional text messages from CMT Platform at the number you provided.

We keep a record of your opt-in, including the date and time, the disclosure language you were shown, and the page on which you enrolled.

Message frequency varies and depends on your account activity — for example, the number of invoices issued to you, payments you make, and payment reminders that apply to your account. The Program is recurring: you may receive messages until you opt out.

We do not charge for Program messages, but message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless carrier. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

You can cancel the Program at any time. Reply STOP to any Program message. We also honor QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, and UNSUBSCRIBE, or any other message that reasonably communicates that you want the messages to stop.

After you opt out, we will send you a single confirmation message acknowledging your request, and you will receive no further Program messages unless you re-enroll. You may also opt out by contacting us at info@cmtplatform.com or (832) 730-3998, and we will honor your request promptly.

Opting out of text messages does not stop non-SMS communications about your account (for example, emailed invoices) and does not affect any amounts owed.

The Program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and network availability, and we cannot guarantee that any particular message will be delivered or delivered on time. Do not rely on Program messages as your only record of an invoice or payment; your account records on the CMT Platform payment portal remain the authoritative record.

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you enroll. By enrolling, you represent that you are authorized to consent to messages at that number.

If you change, deactivate, or transfer your mobile number, you agree to notify us promptly at info@cmtplatform.com so we can update or cancel your enrollment. You agree that we are not responsible for messages sent to a number you no longer hold if you have not notified us.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information, including your mobile number and your opt-in records.

We may update these terms from time to time. The revision number and effective date at the top of this page identify the current version. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect, and your continued enrollment in the Program after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
